Last week I spoke too soon about the toddler-sized Ugly Christmas Sweater I was making. Part of the problem is that I was trying to design it as I went, but the bottom line is that I need a lesson in designing sweater patterns and in working with multiple colors. Another agenda item for the new year. This is the back of a forest-green sweater, child’s size 6. Plain and simple.

The book is Michael Cunningham’s The Snow Queen. It’s not very good, unfortunately. More on that soon. Also in the photo is a red and green cat toy that I am hoping looks like a Christmas decoration. Happy holidays to all our readers!
